This site is operated by the Mother Daughter Duo Real Estate Team, licensed Kansas real estate salespersons affiliated with Platinum Realty, the supervising broker. All real estate brokerage services described here are provided through Platinum Realty. License numbers appear in the footer of every page.

Brokerage relationships
Kansas law (K.S.A. 58-30,110) requires a licensee to give any prospective buyer or seller the Kansas Real Estate Commission's Real Estate Brokerage Relationships brochure, which explains the difference between a seller's agent, a buyer's agent, a designated agent and a transaction broker. We will provide it at or before our first substantive conversation about a specific property.
Using this website does not create a brokerage relationship. Submitting a form, requesting a showing or downloading a guide does not make us your agent. That relationship begins only when a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Property and listing information
Listing information displayed on this site may be supplied by third parties, including the multiple listing service. It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate, and it changes frequently. Square footage, lot size, school attendance boundaries, taxes, permitted use and property condition should always be independently verified before you rely on them. Properties may be listed by other brokerages.
Photography on this site
Some photography is illustrative and depicts representative homes in the region rather than specific listings. Images are never used to represent a particular property unless the page identifies that property by address.
