We started this team because we kept hearing the same thing from friends and neighbors: buying or selling a home felt confusing, rushed and a little intimidating. It does not have to feel that way.
Between us we have more than twenty-five years in this business — one of us learned it when listings still arrived by fax, the other grew up in it and now runs the parts of the job that live on a phone. That gap is the point. You get the judgment that only comes from having seen a few markets turn, and the responsiveness you actually expect in 2026.
We work as a genuine pair, not a name on a sign with an assistant behind it. Two people read your contract. Two people are reachable on a Saturday. Two people care whether the inspection came back clean — because when a client is stressed, one of us is always free to pick up.
Most of our business comes from people we have already helped, sending us their sister, their coworker, their neighbor. That is the only referral system we have ever needed, and it is the reason we would rather do fewer transactions properly than more of them badly.
